If your virtual machine locks (asking you to press CTRL + ALT + DELETE), you should use the "Send CTRL-ALT-DELETE" button in the title bar of the Horizon window. Before selecting the pool you want to connect to, right-click on the pool icon and select "Display." Then, in the sub-menu, choose a different window size to use. You can also start the virtual desktop session in a window. By default, the virtual desktop starts in All Monitors mode. If you need assistance or do not know which desktop pool to connect to, please call the Service Desk at 27 or email us at for using the Horizon Client. Log in with your Murray State credentials and select your Desktop Pool. If you are on a public computer, make sure to choose No. On the "Stay Signed In?" page, choose Yes to remember this computer. When connecting, a web browser will open and ask you to provide your Murray State email address, Murray State password, and to provide Duo two-factor authentication. Once you have installed the client and opened the software it will ask for a connection server. If you are unsure what version you have, please download and install the latest version from the link above. *You must have at least version 5.0 of the Horizon Client.
